Vegetables and Fruits with Vitamin C
Ascorbic acid (aka Vitamin C) is one of the main biologically active substances that strengthen the immune system. It is a powerful antioxidant, suppressing free radicals, participates in the production of phagocytes – cells of the immune system, and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

The most valuable in saltwater fish is omega-3 fatty acids. They are necessary for the normal functioning of the body, reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol, reduce the risk of blood clots, stabilize the activity of the heart and blood vessels. We can get them only from the outside – either with food, or in the form of pharmaceutical preparations. Along with this, marine fish contain vitamins A and D, trace elements – phosphorus and selenium.
The most useful species, according to nutritionists, are salmon, cod and tuna.
Tea with honey is not only tasty, but also healthy
The benefits of green tea for immunity are the presence of catechins and polyphenols in it – compounds that enhance the immune system. They contribute to the production of T-lymphocytes – immune cells. If you regularly consume green tea, then the risk of developing colds is reduced. But green tea can protect not only from respiratory viral infections. Studies have shown that polyphenols protect the body from autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and even the development of malignant tumors.
It is best to drink good quality brewed tea (not tea bags). Tea will be more beneficial if consumed without sugar.
